Built in 1976, this executive two-storey townhouse was in dire need of an update! The homeowner wanted to create a home that was spacious with a modern yet comfortable feel. A designer kitchen, a yoga retreat, an open concept, lots of storage and bright spaces filled with natural light were all on the must-have list. The homeowner also wanted to create a home that reflected her full-of-life personality; this required creating ample room to entertain and to kick back and relax with friends.
