Building your new home is a big commitment, so it’s important to choose the right team. Our goal is to make the process as perfect as the home you’re dreaming of!
 
During your build you will work one-on-one with your Project Manager - think of this as your ‘construction concierge’. From the moment you sign, all the way to completion, you’ll be fully taken care of.

Here’s what’s in store:

            Step one: Sharing Your Dream

​

Our first meetings together are where we get to share your dream and transform your vision into building plans. We honestly get really excited at this stage! We love building homes and LOVE (!!) adding a little luxury to your space.

            Step two: Shopping!

​

If you haven’t hit Pinterest yet, you better get ready! This is when we dive into fixtures, granite, flooring and appliances. We’ll do the research – you just sit back and select your dream features. Indecisive? We’ll guide you through the entire process and make sure you never feel stuck along the way.

            Step three: See Inside the Build

​

Throughout the build process you will be a part of our site walkthroughs with your Project Manager. From framing, to finishing, to placing the final seal on your new home, you’ll see what’s in the walls and the craftsmanship that gives Ashton its reputation.

            Step four: The Keys to the Castle

​

When every detail is complete and every window polished, we’ll tour you through your brand new home. It’s hard to believe it’s already over, and we’re SO excited for you. Welcome home!
